LegalHen, Â It is always a good idea to claim your home on Zillow and control the information. Â Many real estate companies automatically syndicate the listing to zillow, but the agents and brokers have no idea how to manage the data nor maintain it.
If you were looking for the price to get an adjustment on the property tax, the county may have already given the re assessment down.  The number of sales this time last year were so low it is very difficult to comp out homes for that time period.  At the deadline to get the comps to the count assessor got closer (Nov 30th)  I helped a few clients, but as I told them, next fall we need to work on this as the price reductions in 2008 were large and will be easier to document for the county.  I post the sales numbers for Simi Valley every month on my blog  http://www.homebuysblog.comYou can set your RSS reader to get my blog updates and also if you go to the site go to the market updates category.
I lived in a house where a young child died. No haunting inthe 13 years I lived there. People have died in plenty of homes all over the city and those homes have sold and the new residents don't know if there was a death unless it has been three years from the time of the death till the sale.It is really haunted?
It never closed escrow. It fell out twice and the listing expired. It was a short sale, the Trsutee's sale is probably and day now. It will be back on the MLS shortly as an REO. This is in the Simi Park North tract. This tract is getting the brunt of the declines. The models for the most part all have shared master bathrooms and a half bath. The shared bath is the big negative for these models
