If you refied in 2001 or your set up a trust and put the name on the deed in the Trust or if you made any other changes on your deed, then that is what Zillow is picking up from the tax rolls. It's a mistake, but that would be the most probably reason.
What Zillow lists as your location or Zestimate is all for entertainment. It is wrong regularly. You only care that the appraiser for your buyer or your refinance gets it right and be assured that the appraiser will not be using Zillow data.
The house sold in 2005 for 1.7 million. Then 1.45 million in 2007. It's an interesting property, I just showed it to clients three/four weeks ago. It's in escrow (as of 3/08). I doubt there is a full price offer in escrow.

Zestimate is accurate less than 5% of the time in what I have seen. It's an algorithm that cannot add the human dimension that is needed to get it right. My house was built in 1965 and zillow selects a house built in 2003 as closing nearby. An Appraiser would never do that, zillow's programing should take this into consideration.

When this thing closes escrow it is going to kill the comps in the tract for the other three homes that are listed. This is the Parklane-Bellecourt Tract. This is a gated PUD with a HOA running approx $73 per month. The tract is very nice and well maintained. This model is 1705 sq ft and the last model match sold last Oct for $525K. It was only on the market for 8 days. The other models are smaller and the only other sale in the last 6 months was at $470K in December. This community is large and has a second Tract called the Verandahs. The Verandahs are not as nice as the Bellecourts. Bellcourts are to the west and Verandahs to the east.Arroyo or Madera Elementary will probably be the choice for this area.
