Tara is the amazing professional who worked with me to find my home. She uses all the latest tools to make it amazingly easy for me the homebuyer. But best of all Tara listened to my needs and wants and put her skills into action to help me find my home in record time. She sent me daily emails with listings that met my criteria, knew my desired area much better than I did and set up a regular time on our schedules to look at the homes I chose. She had great contacts to help me get my home inspections and my home loan. She helped me with my negotiations to get exactly the right price. Also she didn't just write me off after the purchase. She has great after-care with a list of contacts for all the home updates or general maintenance I could possibly need.
