Found a tenant for a home.
I want to share my distinctively unique experience with Todd Bousman as a realtor, and a professional. I have known Todd since he was a young boy, and he was just as delightful then as he is now. Many years went by without seeing him, but I knew of his outstanding reputation. I recently relocated and was living in the Huntington Beach area. I needed to lease out my home for a few years, in order to be able to spend some much needed time with my elderly Mother. Having lived most his life in Coastal Orange County, I knew Todd could provide potential clients with his invaluable knowledge relating to all of the wonderful amenities in the local beach communities. Todd’s enthusiasm for the housing industry makes him stand out from any other realtor and I have worked with in the past. His passion for making his clients feel at ease and totally comfortable throughout the entire process of leasing a home, is only excelled by his ability to make you feel sure about the details, even when you’re not sure of yourself.
He truly was a God send, as I was wrapped up in life with so many other projects at the time. He took the time to sit with me in my home, hear my thoughts, desires and concerns and know precisely how to market my home to the right persons. Todd is consistent, dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to work with. He made the entire transition painless, which was so needed during a very stressful time in my life. Always a kind soul, always thoughtful, always forth coming with creative ideas and suggestions without any pressure at all. I truly feel that I wouldn’t have been able to find just the right people without Todd Bousman.
I would tell anyone and everyone who is looking for the right realtor, whether you’re leasing or selling, that Todd is the man for the job. Integrity, honesty, and hard working beyond the norm, is very hard to find these days. With Todd it’s just part of who is and the way he conducts business as well as his life. Honored to know him and extremely fortunate to have worked with him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $775K in Costa Mesa, CA.
Todd was fantastic in helping us to buy our house. He is very knowledgeable about the area and really puts forth an extra effort for his clients. He not only was willing to show us many houses, but he smoothly negotiated our transaction and then went above and beyond his responsibilities even after we were in escrow, providing information on everything from a landscaper to where to buy furniture. We highly recommend him.

Bought a home in 2012.
Todd was very responsive. He almost always personally answered our phone calls. We were able to close escrow for our new home on schedule. When it comes to Costa Mesa, Todd really knows and understands the market.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in El Toro, CA.
Todd came through for us and we are now in our dream home. We couldn't be happier with the end result. He thought outside of the box and was able to negotiate a very unique contract with the listing agent. We got a great deal on the house as well. Todd stuck with us through months of searching and never finding exactly what we wanted. Once we found the house we loved, he pulled out all the stops in order to make it a reality for us. He is excellent at what he does and although the area that we were searching in, wasn't his expertise, he dug around and found all the info he could on the area and made it happen!

Bought a home in 2012.
Todd knows his stuff. He helped us buy a house through a small home builder. The price was set so we did not get to see his negotiation skills, but everything we did see was great. And he patiently worked with our lender, and was able to convince the builder to move up our closing date so that we would not have to pay to extend our interest rate lock. Saved us serious money. Many thanks to Todd... And my wife and I highly recommend him.

Sold a Multi Family home in 2012 in Costa Mesa, CA.
Todd was a part of my first purchase expercience which started back in Feb. of this year. The Condo complex was a new construction and it was the builders first project. Todd was very professional and quick to respond to our every need. Being that my wife and I were first time homebuyers we had many needs that most real estate agents would of ignored. Todd would answer my calls late at night and meet me at the Condo so I could take all kinds of measurements. Todd even guided my wife and I too places that would have the type of furniture that would blend with the design of Condo. Todd sold 10 Condos in a matter of 6 or so weeks and I can tell you that each and everyone of our neighbors would say the same thing. He has since stopped by the complex multiple times just to say hi and see how everyone is doing. If you are looking for a qualified agent with incredible knowledge of the Orange County area feel confident that Todd Bousman is the agent for you.
