My wife and I used Todd when we bought our house. He was very patient with us, being our first house. So we used him again to help us sell the house. He was amazing to us. He did everything he could to help us out and beyond. Even in a bad housing market we sold our house very quickly, call it blessed, call it lucky, but I know Todds connections were also very helpful.
