Bought a home in 2012.
Todd just helped my husband and I purchase our first home. Todd was great and such a friendly and professional realtor! He was knowledgeable about the market, honest, responsive to our needs, and a great communicator. He made our home buying experience a learning experience and not only was he readily available by phone or email, he took the time to explain all the details to us to help us learn the process. He is the best, hands down!

Sold a home in 2010.
If you like your house to be sold in 10 days for full asking price with multiple offers, then Todd Ferris is the one to contact. You can tell from the first conversation that real estate is something that Todd is very passionate about. He is not a person that you feel like you are bothering when you call him multiple times with questions. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.
Todd asisted my wife and I in the home buying process and was a huge asset to us finding a great home. His knowledge of the Meridian-Kessler/Butler-Tarkington area was extensive and his instincts for great buys are unparraellel. There was never any pressure to purchase (which was much appreciated) and his willingness to walk through homes when it was convienent for us was sincere. He's truly a great agent.

I have known Todd for over 2 years. Every single home buy & sell that Todd works with he always nails it. He knows how to structure a purchase agreement that specifically details his clients needs, & that is Key. Todd ROCKS, & hands down is a HUGE asset to his industry.
