Todd seemed to have the best grasp of the situation when we interviewed Realtors to sell our house. Since we had already purchased a home elsewhere, we were not looking to have the house sit on the market for a long time and then have to continually lower the price to chase the market. Todd presented the best plan to achieve our goal. His estimate was the highest of the over half-dozen agents we interviewed and he had the house sold within days of the listing being posted, and at a higher price. During the escrow period Todd and his team were constantly in contact with us. Very few days went by without some contact. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I never once felt anything other than we made the absolute best choice in choosing Todd and his team to sell our house.…More Less

If they need a mover, I’ll get them a mover.”
Todd is notorious for treating every transaction equally. A $400,000 condo gets the same treatment as a $20,000,000 castle. Todd is consistently ranked in the company’s top 1% nationwide and among the top 100 Prudential John Aaroe real estate agents in Southern California.
