Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $875k in Culver City, CA.

Summary:

Todd and Kelly live in the area and are very fimiliar with real estate values and have strived to get the owner the maximum value for there sale. They have a record of setting the record for highest price for a 4 bedroom 2 story and a 3 bedroom single story home in the Art District. They sold my property also for a record price of a 828SF residence in the area and they sold it quickly. They also have been voted the best real estate sale people in Culver City for the the years 2007 to 2010.
