Bought a home in 2012.
Kendal was amazing. I bought a home in erie michigan and without her assistance this transaction would have never of happened. She was patient with the seller insane at times demands and she work through many of problems I had to not only set me up with everyone I need but took it upon herself to make sure that everything was done the way it needed to be done. Thanks for everything Kendal

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Holland, OH.
This was the worst experience ever! I thought about not doing this review, but thought it was only fair to other prospective buyers/sellers that I do tell the truth. Kendall was never responsive, did very little marketing, and wouldn’t even schedule an open house or brokers’ open until months into the process. I saw Kendall the day we signed the paperwork to use her, but never again. She let contractors/potential buyers in and out of our house (after we had already moved out) at their own leisure. She was not informative, did not go over the contract with us, was unreliable, and even told us we were all set after the inspection (which turned out to be untrue). My understanding from others in the community is that she was a very reliable and dedicated Realtor,however this was not my experience. If you are looking for someone who is going to give you feedback and keep you updated, go with someone else.

Unfortunately, none of the above information is true. I don't generally like to get into a public he said/she said but I can't ignore blatant lies. No one was ever allowed into this home without approval from the owners. I arranged for repairs to this home that were outrageously less expensive than originally expected, without acknowledgement. We quickly did a very successful broker Open house that included food, beverages and was attended by approximately 30 people. This home sold faster than most homes in this area. Sadly, I am not the only party to this transaction that received a negative attitude, as the title company representatives were yelled and swore at for just trying to be helpful. I realize that not everyone is entirely happy with the reality of what their home is actually worth in today's market but I cannot take the blame, especially when I was able to sell this house for a fair price in a very short amount of time.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Toledo, OH.
Kendall was amazing to work with. She is so easy going and very flexible. She definitely makes buying a house an enjoyable experience. She was very patient with us as we were very picky in finding our "Perfect Home." We only had to walk through two houses before we found our dream home! She definitly listened to what we wanted when we first spoke! We will highly recommend her to all our closest friends, and we will not hesitate to use her again. She is WONDERFUL!!

Kendall was a great asset in helping me find the perfect home. She took me through several homes & was very patient with me. She had a lot of good input & was very knowledgable. I would definitely use her when I look to purchase a new home & I would also recommend her to anyone who was looking for a realtor.
