Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275k in Gatewood, Seattle, WA.

Summary:

It is a difficult time to be selling a home, but thankfully with the help of Tom Jurewicz we were able to sell out townhouse in only 14 days. Not only did Tom help sell our home quickly, but he was available whenever we were ready to go house hunting even willing to drive all the way to Puyallup to look at a home that was similar to one we were planning on building. Since this was only the second home we have ever purchased it was nice to have a real estate agent who was well educated in what makes a well constructed home.
