Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Downtown, Tampa, FL.
Sean has got our property for sale on 2 separate occasions and the first being the buyer placing an offer after the first showing! The buyers financing fell through but it quickly had a contract soon after. The photos and video shown in the advertising are phenomenonal. In addition, Sean has an excellent team which guides you along the way so you don't feel like you are lost in the shuffle. I would highly recommend Sean for selling/buying a home in the Tampa Bay Area. His knowledge of the current market including comparables, ease to work with, and stellar marketing are a genuine asset when searching for a home or looking to sell your home. I highly recommend Sean Ready.

Sean went out of his way to find us the perfect home that fit in our budget. He made things as smooth as possible while working with a bank owned property. He was able to work around the hurddles and challanges that the bank kept throwing at us.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Historic Ybor, Tampa, FL.
Sean found us our first home and I could not be happier with him and his staff. We had very particular requirements, so the search was a long one, but he stuck with us and found us the perfect place. Our home was a short sale with all the annoyances a short sale can offer and he helped us navigate that process as well.

When I started looking for a home, I didn't realize how little I knew about South Tampa and before working with Sean I wasn't making much progress. I really appreciated the thorough, in depth consultation at our initial meeting, which gave me a better idea of what I was looking for and what homes met my parameters. Throughout the whole process, I found Sean to be very proactive in pointing out properties that he felt would be a good fit, and extremely responsive to my many questions, which made me feel a lot more confident in trying to navigate what had seemed to me to be a very complicated process.
