Sold a home in 2013.
I could not have asked for a better Realtor. Tonya was very prompt, always answered her phone, represented my best interests in selling my home and was very thorough. I was moving from Ohio to California and Tonya made it very clear that she would handle the sale of my home so that I could pay attention to the transition at hand. I put my trust into Tonya and her Broker and it was the right decision. Thank you very much Tonya for the outstanding customer experience and assisting in the sale of my home. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Washington Court House, OH.
Tonya Brown is, without a doubt, one of the finest realtors in our area. She contacted me within minutes of an online inquiry about a house. She ended up showing me several houses, even houses she was fairly certain I would not want. When I finally chose a house, she had to work through issues with the realtor for that house. He had issues with honesty regarding the house, and Tonya got everything straightened out for me. During inspection, the inspector found issues with leaks in the plumbing that were supposedfly fixed. Tonya got the plumbers back, and stayed with them on her day off to make sure everything was repaired the second time. She also made sure the heating system was functional. She even moved up the closing date so I could get in sooner. She is professional and honest and doesn't beat around the bush. I recommend her highly!

I would highly recommend Tonya Brown to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, or both. She is very knowledgable regarding all aspects of the process on both sides; able to answer any questions I had. She was also very accessible, and responded to both phone calls and emails promptly.

Sold a home in 2012.
I had a house for sale a year ago with another real estate broker,no open houses were ever held and the house was shown very little. I met Tonya as my son was looking to sell his house and purchase another home. She worked so hard for him selling his house and purchasing a new one. I listed with Tonya and had a wonderful experience. While working very hard at selling my house she maintained a realistic goal for myself as well as the buyer. Holding multiple open houses and advertising in many places, she not only got me a contract she got me 2!! I would highly recommend Tonya for any future real estate dealing I should ever encounter,she proved to be a very honest and hard working real estate agent.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Orient, OH.
My husband and I just closed on our home last week and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Tonya. She sold our old house and helped us find a new one. The process was very quick and painless. She did all the work while we were able to enjoy our time searching for our forever home. She was willing to work round the clock to meet all our needs. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Grove City, OH.
Tonya noticed my home listing expired from a previous agent in washington court house, so she sent me a letter explaining her dedication and interest in listing my house. From day one, Tonya was a complete breath of fresh air. She emailed me within hours, met within me when I decided to list my house again, and she never pushed me or rushed me during that time.
Tonya sold my house within 3 months. She did the job the other realtor couldn't do in 6 months. She even sold my house in a horrible market/slow economy, so she truly was a miracle realtor to me. She went above and beyond, had 2 open houses, sent postcards to apartment places, and put my home's photos on many, many websites. I was impressed with her dedication, optimism, promptness, and communication skills.
I bought a new house through Tonya as well. I emailed her my interests, and she setup appointments. She was always supportive, honest, and sincere. When I was stressing out about the whole process, she calmed and down and reassured me. It couldn't have been any better. The whole buying and selling process was smooth sailing with Tonya.
I appreciate her hard work, and I highly recommend her. If you want to buy or sell a house, she is going to get the job done right. I guarantee you will be happy with her as a realtor. She is the best in my mind.

As a first time seller I had many questions. Tonya was great and I even came out better than expected. She clearly knows what she is doing. I could not have done without her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Independence Village, Reynoldsburg, OH.
She really helped us alot and taught as alot. She never rushed us and always responded to emails and phone calls very quickly. When we were looking at houses with her it didnt feel like we was with a relator it felt like we were with a friendm she was extremely friendly and even funny. I will definetly recommend her to friends and family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Williamsport, OH.
My husband and I just purchased our first home and Tonya was wonderful to work with. We were both kind of unsure where to start but we knew the price range we wanted to stay around. She stayed within our price range and never tried to tempt us to look at something more than we could afford. She also never hesitated to check into homes that we would find which was something my husband and I both liked about her. When we said this was the home we wanted she put everything together and it went really quick. We just love are new home and are very happy!! I would recommend her to anyone I know and would call her if we were ever in need of an agent.

Sold a home in 2011.
Tonya assisted me in selling my aunt's mobile home and the property it sat on. We received an offer right away but ran into a snag regarding the title on the mobile home itself. Tonya went to great lengths to assist me in finding the process to sort this out and went so far as to crawl under the home to attempt to find a serial number plate. Eventually we had to make some creative changes to the closing process and she was helpful keeping all this straight as well. She really goes to great lengths to assist her customers and to ensure the sale goes smoothly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.
