We had a couple of opportunities to work with Tony and have felt well taken care of in both instances. We had a need to facilitate a short sale of a condo that was co-owned by our son and ourselves. Tony has always been there for us 110 percent! Whether we are renting, buying or selling. In every case he gives it his all! Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Caring, concerned, careful agent who treats your home purchase as his own. Very detail oriented, but does not get bogged down in the minutia.
Tony thinks out of the box and is willing to work with his clients to explore every possible angle. He does not give up at the first sign of a problem and he tries to solve any problem before burdening his buyers or sellers.
When you work with Tony, you don't find yourself dreading his calls during negotiations. When he does call with a slight hiccough, he already has a plan of action mapped out.
In my experience with Tony, I found him very patient in every way. He was always willing to answer questions and never talked down to me. He showed us many homes before we found the right one, but he always made the search seem fresh and new. He made it clear that he was willing to keep looking as long as it took for us to find the perfect home.
