Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $125K in Woodstock, GA.
Tony was great to deal with. He took the time to make me feel like I was his only client and helped me through every step of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Woodstock, GA.
We talked with Tony about doing a short sale a month before we actually decided to list our home. He was very honest about our options and did not pressure us to list with him right away. We appreciated the no pressure approach as we wanted time to think through our options. When we did decide to list, he took care of everything very quickly and professionally.
He has an amazing amount of contacts and found a buyer within 24 hours which I hear is pretty much unheard of. Due to some timing errors on the part of our mortgage company, we almost wound up in foreclosure and in fact, he got the foreclosure sale stopped 30 minutes from the courthouse steps. Amazing! Then the sale closing happened on the scheduled date and without a hitch which I also hear is a rare thing.
It was a tough decision to do a short sale and we appreciated the fact that he did not make us feel like we were less of a client because of it. He and Pam are wonderfully warm and are very knowledgeable about the entire process. It pays to have somebody with experience!
We would recommend Tony and Pam for anybody trying to sell or buy a home.

Tony is Great to work with, he is very knowledgeable about what he does and works one on one to make sure that every detail is taken care of. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. He cares about his clients and does what ever he can to meet their needs. He made a normally very stressfull process easier to deal with.I appreciate someone who really cares and is willing to go above and beyond to take care of you. Thank You Tony.

We have known Tony and Pam for several years and they have always been top class! Tony has been with us through the purchase of our new home and the selling process of our existing home. His advice, knowledge and patience has been incredible. He knows what needs to be done and how to get it done. His integrity is first class. His contacts in the real estate market are second to none. I contacted Tony Wiiliams after he posted a price reduction in one of his listings I'd been watching. I received an immediate response (over the Christmas holidays no less!) first by Facebook and then following up by phone. When I met him to see the property, I found him (and Pam) to be knowledgeable and eager to help ... and he was the sellers agent! Subsequent to to that meeting I have received several follow-up emails and phone calls. While I haven't yet decided if Im going to move forward with a contract on this property I have decided I liked Tony (and Pam) so much that I'll continue to watch his listings because I'd like to give him my business.
