Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in La Grange, CA.
Traci helped us with a very difficult sale on our home. Traci not only took care of everything for us, but she kept us informed and updated during the complete process. Traci made the selling of our home smooth and took the stress out of the deal. I would highly reccomend Traci Bass as your real estate professional.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Escondido, CA.
I recently relocated to San Diego County from Las Vegas. Traci was invaluable in locating a new home for me that not only met my requirements but was within my budget. Traci was very flexible in arranging appointments and showings for me due to my being remote and having to travel to town for those showings. Bought a Single Family home in 2003 in Escondido, CA.
We were bursting at the seams in our old house and we knew we needed more space. We also wanted to stay in Escondido and would like to look out in the country. Neither my wife nor I had time to spend house hunting every weekend so we shopped for an agent instead. Traci was exactly what we needed!!
She immediately worked us for details on an ideal house. She gathered info from the whole family and made it a group effort which helped a lot on getting support from the kids. She then did the preliminary searches and only brought us in on places which meet our needs. House hunting turned into a enjoyable weekend activity with very little wasted time looking at places which weren't relevant.
One summer Thursday evening (we gave her the OK to contact us anytime which turned out to be critical) Traci called with the perfect house. It was in an area we really liked and the owners were putting on the market that coming weekend. When I got home Traci grabbed me and my wife and rushed us over to look at it. It was (and still is) perfect!
Traci took us aside after verifying that we wanted it. The great news is we had already been over the issues around closing, and since the property met all our needs it was a very simply matter of saying yes. She walked back in with an offer at the asking price. She knew that the husband was leaving to work out of the country on Saturday for the next couple weeks and that the sellers would be hard pressed to not accept an offer that met all their needs and get the sale of the house off their very busy schedule (work travel, new baby on the way, ...) They accepted!
We met the next morning to go over the property with a house inspector, deliver a down payment check (Traci also had us pre-work out all of the financing) and close the deal. The house never went on the market and all our friends were amazed that we were able to get such a great house so quickly and easily. Traci is a SuperStar and I highly recommend her for anyone looking ... in fact, I did! She just helped a good friend to get a house moving out from Vegas :-)

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $925K in Escondido, CA.
We have worked with Traci on two home purchases.For the first house, after one phone call she knew what we were looking for, and found us the perfect house. She helped us the second time when we were looking for a rental property. She knows the area very well, as well as all aspects of the real estate business. We look forward to working with her again.
