Miss Jarrett was an unknown entity when referred to us, but she turned out to be more than we could have asked for. She took our criteria for a home and identified numerous areas where we might find what we were looking for. Her knowledge of the area was very good, and she was more than responsive to all of our phone calls and emails. She took the time to explain how the process works in NC as there are always differences from state to state, and this made it easier for us to work within the process. She was always on time for appointments and prepared to discuss the property and conditions that might apply. Michaela has both sold a home for us and later helped us purchase another one. We have highly recommended her to family and friends! She knows her stuff, and was both very prompt and accessible. We always felt like we knew what was going on.
