Tricia is an excellent agent and we highly recommend her! Her expertise in real estate matters, her knowledge of a wide variety of communities and her willingness to get answers for her clients are exceptional. Prior to settling on an agent we worked with several in Wisconsin and Illinois, Tricia out performed all of them. Whenever we went to a showing she was prepared with all information about the house, zoning, property lines, taxes, and area comparables, She was always willing to promptly answer our texts, emails and phone calls. When she didn't have immediate knowledge of something she was always quick to dig for the answers and get back to us rapidly. She really cares about the people she represents and wants to find the best possible property for their future. 07/17/2012 - user1774994Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Rock City, IL.
Tricia was very helpful with advising us ways of how we could get our property taxes to come down after we bought the house. She always kept up on communications about the property through phone calls and texts. Tricia was always willing to show the house and work with times that fit our schedule. She has a very good knowledge of the area she was showing and was always very friendly. I highly recommend Tricia Angell!!

I get it !!!
