Bought a home in 2013.
Trisha is very responsive, and has a genuine desire to assist others. She is polite, sensitive and EXTREMELY helpful, thanks to her my family and me got the home we wanted. Trisha has been a pleasure to be associated with and always presents a positive approach to all her challenges.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Pooler, GA.
I have had both buyer and seller relationship with Ms. Cook. She has a fantasic staff and goes out of the way to accommodate. She uses multiple media outlets and resources to reach the masses. Plus and most importantly, she loves her job and it shows.

Trisha was fantastic! I was a first time homebuyer and she is extremely helpful and knows a lot! I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Richmond Hill, GA.
As first time homebuyer"s, Trisha was an amazing agent! She took the time to not only listen to my wife needs and wants in a home due to I'm station at Fort Carson Co was unable to look for our house with my wife she made sure that my wife got everything on her wish list and at a great price , she made meaningful suggestions. We never felt anything other than love and support from Trisha, who came out of her area to Richmond Hill and find us a great home. Thanks SSG Jefferies

Awe, Thanks so much guys! Richmond Hill is part of my area too. :) I go out to Hinesville, Allenhurst, and Ludowici too if its where my clients want to be.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Pooler, GA.
When we called Trisha Cook, she immediately came out and took us under her wing and stayed with us until we were able to make a decision as to which home to buy. She is very professional in her position and is extremely alert to the Client's wishes. I would recommend Trisha to anyone, and have, and will in the future. Trisha knows her work and is always ready to look for the property that she feels will please the Client.

Bought a home in 2012.
Trisha did an absolutely wonderful job helping us get the home we've always wanted. She stuck with us through all the ups and downs, never getting frustrated or backing down. Trisha always had our best interest at heart, and was up front and honest to help what benefited us at all times. She was there to answer any questions we had.....day or night. Always available.
