Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 in Elmendorf, TX.
Trish was very helpful and perfect for our sale. We needed to sell our manufactured home and Trish not only worked for a manufactured home dealership for several years, but also has lived in our area and is familiar with the market and the unique process of selling mobile homes. When our buyers bank was not able to finish the deal because they did not know how to do a manufactured home loan, Trish set our buyers up with her lender and industry contacts and got the deal finished within a few weeks even though she was not their agent. In fact, it took less time for Trish's bank to get the deal closed than the buyers original bank wasted trying to figure out what they were doing.…More Less
