Bought a home in 2012.

I have used Ben Edall for years on several deals here in Kansas City. He has always been more than helpful and follows up on the details every time. I highly recommend Ben. I have given his number out to friends many times.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Parkville, MO 64152

I called to set up a time to look at a home they have listed for rent. I am flying into town and can only look at homes on Friday evening or Saturday until mid afternoon. I was told that they do not show homes nor can they check out a key at those times. I have contacted several other parties to look at homes while I am in town and all have been very accommodating of my schedule.

I guess if they can't even help a potential new client, then I can only imagine how little they would do once you are locked in with them.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Park Farms, Kansas City, MO.

I own a property in Kansas City. Ben was entrusted with my property in KC. Ben and his company never inspected the property. Not once in three years. The tenant was living in squalor with no water and no gas. The property had been tagged for having trash out front and the only way I found out was by having a neighboring landlord call me directly.

When I call, no one answers. When I leave a message no one returns my call.

I finally called the emergency phone number and got through to someone. When I did I asked to speak to the owner of the company. I was told that the owner of the company did not want to speak to me. That I should write a letter or send an email.

When I send emails I get excuses ( usually days later ).

I fired these guys and have found a new property manager. Save your self the trouble. Don't trust these people with your property.

Our company policy is to communicate in writing, creating a record of the conversation, and keeping the phones open for other clients and emergencies. We repeatedly requested that Mr. Nathan communicate by email, yet he insisted on calling our office and demanding to speak to people who weren't even in the office. We offer "Quarterly Maintenance" he opted not to pay us to inspect, or to do periodic maintenance. Mr. Nathan hired someone else to make repairs. No one said we didn't want to speak to him, he was asked AGAIN to email us. He admitted to not reading the emails. Mr. Nathan was asked to send us money to be held in reserve for making repairs but he chose to ignore or not read that email also; so we sent him emails for permission to make repairs he replied: "Why are you bothering me with trivialities". We have notes back to 2008 of the dozens of times we visited the home; including inspections, photographs, repairs to fences, furnaces, meeting contractors, bids and more.
