The title of this neighborhood should be East Swope Highlands, not East Squope Highlands. Someone had a typo there. Anyway East Swope Highlands will be having a neighborhood community meeting October 18th. Location will be the New Hope Bible Church! My neighborhood is spelled East Swope Highlands in the Kansas City area. Zillow has it spelled at East Sqope Highlands. Can we get this corrected?

I just poted a listing in Woodson Estates, Kansas City, Mo. Instead of Woodson Estates it listed it as Timber Valley.

One of the great things about the East Swope Highlands neighborhood is the fact that we are in the Raytown School District. As such our home values tend to be a bit better than some other Kansas City neighborhoods.I thought it might be helpful for folks who were looking in our neighborhood to be able to find out information about homes for sale and perhaps some of the history of homes that have sold in East Swope Highlands.
