Theresa McCollum is an exemplary real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable and looks out for the best interests of both the buyers and the sellers. One of the qualities we like in Theresa is that she is not pushy, but is there to answer any questions we have. She sincerely wants you to find the house that fits your needs and very patiently helps you find it. Paperwork is not a burden, and she responds quickly to e-mails and/or phone calls. Theresa is a positive person and makes buying and selling real estate a pleasant experience. In the past, I have looked at houses with Theresa.
