About Brian Deacon

Add personality to your profile! Tell the community about yourself, your home, and your profession.

I grew up in the residential construction and real estate industry. My father was a general contractor, developer and a real estate broker.

I have an extensive 25 year background in marketing. I had the fortunate opportunity to work for Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, for over 20 years as a marketing guru. When I started with Microsoft I was a wiz programmer but my passion for marketing kept coming out. I later took a job working with Bill and acquired the nickname "marketing genius" because I could consistently figure out how to get more market share for our products. Later on , I left Microsoft to start a residential construction company and built that company to over $3.5 million dollars in annual sales.

Today, I am a real estate consultant to a number of other multi-millionaires.

By working with me, you're getting a broker who has an extensive background in marketing and negotiations.

As a seller, you will find my approach to be very different. I don't believe in just putting a sign in the front yard, entering the information into the MLS and sitting back hoping for the sale. I use a unique 60 step marketing program to help you sell your home for top dollar. Call me today if you need someone to get the job done.

If your looking for a Broker/Realtor with the "Most Aggressive Marketing and Negotiation Strategies" or both buyers and sellers then give Brian a call today at (828) 713-4024.
