He's quick to respond to queries (both email and phone), is extremely knowledgeable, and legitimately cares about making sure people get the right mortgage for their situation. Not only did he sit down with my wife and I to ensure we understood everything about the refinancing process, he also took the time to go over the numbers and show us which options would work best for our particular financial situation and long-term goals. My spouse and I did a refinance on our home with Tyler. I was a little nervous about the whole process, but Tyler eased my mind through answering the many questions I had and laying out our different options in terms I could understand. I had been contacted by my current home service provider about a refinance and the person on the phone tried to pressure me and acted more like a salesman than someone who was supposedly "helping me". Tyler was quite the opposite: very laid back and informative. A few things that impressed me: 1) His good faith estimate was spot on with the actual numbers when we closed. 2) He also got back to me quickly by phone and email. 3) Quote and fees were unbeatable.
