My Background

I am an Eastside Bellevue native and currently reside in Issaquah.  When I'm not working, you'll probably find me spending time with my wife and children. We enjoy the outdoor recreational activities that the Northwest offers.

My background in residential construction allows me to help clients know what to look for--problem areas, areas of future concern, quality of construction. This ensures their purchase is a wise investment and that it will meet their needs.

      Sold a home in 2013.
      Tyler has been a pleasure to work with. He is extremely patient and listened to our concerns and always addressed each one. Tyler knows Issaquah well and was able to get us into houses before they came on the market.

      Tyler went above and beyond a real estate agent by pitching in and helping to get our house ready to sell.

      I have no hesitations recommending Tyler. A true gem in the crazy process of buying a home.

      Tyler helped me through the process of buying a HUD home. He helped me work through several last minute snags that the lender and seller sent our way and helped get the house closed quickly.       It was a great pleasure working with Tyler Staples. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Tyler made our experience enjoyable. We were so new to all this but he never made us feel this way. He kept us informed, educated us on the process, and continues to follow up with us. I can't thank him enough. Tyler understood the importance of getting us our first house and followed up on all angles possible to ensure that we would be able to attain our new home. Most importantly he was honest in what he thought of the properties we were looking at. For example, if a home was ever overpriced or had low resale value, he would tell us immediately as opposed to giving us pressure to purchase the property. Similarly, there was never a time we felt rushed to make a decision.
