Bought a home in 2011.

Summary:

Teri helped us to buy our first home in America, after relocation from abroad. It wasn't simple for us to navigate in the local real estate market, and Teri gave us an opportunity to see different neighborhoods, different home styles in Corvallis. We visited about 30 different properties during three month and Teri was always very cooperative, answered hundreds of our questions and filled up all our inquiries very efficiently. The buying process happened during increase in market prices, and due to Teri's diligence we did not loose a good value house that suits our needs.

Teri is knowledgeable and professional in Real Estate and related areas. She explained us every step of the purchasing process and made us aware about all possible problems that might occur. The purchase passed smoothly and fast. Teri gave us maximum support in closing, and didn’t leave any loose end. We are very grateful for her great effort.

Teri is very nice person - polite and smiley, accurate and persistent, and BTW a proud mother of four kids.

We highly recommend her as reliable partner in real estate purchase adventure.
