After one of the craziest home buying experiences (probably ever), I can honestly and joyfully say that I would recommend Hal to anyone buying a house. He was ALWAYS on our side, extremely available for even the dumbest questions and ideas that I had, very knowledgeable, EXTREMELY patient, willing to get his hands dirty and do some of the hard work for us, and he always made sure we were OK with everything going on. I think we may have exchanged upwards of 500-600 emails and at least 50-75 phone calls. He ALWAYS responded to all of them and responded promptly. This is key because home buying can be so stressful. When I wanted to punch a lender, appraiser, or agent in the face :) (joking of course), I called Hal and he was always encouraging and helped me plan our next move. I believe that if we did not have Hal as our agent, we would not be in our home now... we would still be looking. and looking. and looking. He went above and beyond at all times and my wife and I always felt we could trust him. If you are buying or selling a house, I can't understand why you would use anyone but Hal to assist in the process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in La Verne, CA.

ALWAYS THERE when we needed him! Very highly recommended. Hal and I exchanged over hundreds of emails and not once did I need to wait more than an hour for a response. He always made time for us and truly made our house buying experience a breeze.

Sold a home in 2011 in La Fetra, Glendora, CA 91741.

After recieving disappointing reviews from others, we knew it would take a "unique" realtor to aid in the sale of our home and property.
