Bought a home in 2011.
Marcy was great! She kept us informed, helped us negotiate what we consider a great deal, and helped us throughout the purchasing process. My wife and I highly recommend her without reservation.

Marcy is a fine lady and very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone. She spent the better part of 2 days showing us homes suited to our needs even though our current homes are not yet sold. She is personable and just fun to be around. You can't go wrong with Marcy!

Ms. Marcy is at the top of her field. She is an agent that is not only the head of her Agency but a vital part of the Georgetown, and Austin communities.
She help find me the perfect home here in Georgetown twice, once in 2007 and again in 2010, and she always goes that extra mile to make sure your needs are met and always welcomes you to your new home with laughter and a special gift I would love if she lived next door!!
Her knowledge, expertise, skills and her ability to make a friend in her clients is a quality that not all agents or owners have!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 in Georgetown, TX.
My experience purchasing a home in Sun City-Georgetown thru Marcy Urban went very smoothly. I had sold a home in Waco that was set to close after I returned from a trip to Scotland. Marcy spent parts of two days showing me what was available in the type and price range I was looking for. I settled on two homes that I wanted to choose from but needed to find out if they would be available when I closed on my previous home. When I returned Marcy had cleared this need with the home owners and I chose my first choice and Marcy presented my offer which was accepted. She had lined up all the details for completing the purchase which was done in a timely manner. Totally professional and complete as my real estate agent and I would most certainly recommend her to assist you in your real estate transactions and will myself use her again if the need arises.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Georgetown, TX.
I made a phone call on a Friday, Marcy invited me in to her open house. I called back on a saturday morning and she met me at the house I wanted to see immediatley. By monday I had made an offer on the house and had a contract in two days. I have never had a process go so smoothly.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Georgetown, TX.
Marcy has been our realtor on two occasions. First, to sell a house in old town Georgetown, second to help us buy a home south of Georgetown, which was a short sale. Marcy is extremely knowledgeable and stays on top of her listings. She follows up with other real estate agents, and with the short sale, kept close tabs on all the paperwork drills that came about.
Marcy knows her properties, and I cannot imagine using anyone else in future transactions. I trust her to do the right thing and she does.
I have recommended Marcy to a neighbor who is currently using her, and through this neighbor, Marcy got a referral to help a servicemember and his wife purchase a home locally.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Georgetown, TX.
Bought our home from Urban Homes about 2 years ago. Great realtor company to work for. Great staff and their office is located on the Historical Square in Downtown Georgetown. If your new to the area they will make you feel like you are a local.

Bought a home in 2010.
Marcy worked seemingly tirelessly to help my wife and I find the perfect little slice of heaven. I told her we were looking for acreage and she showed us things we had found on the internet and a few things we hadn't found. She was very knowledgeable about location in regards to my travel time to and from work and showed us houses only within our work call back range (I have to be at work within 30 mins. when notified). Marcy was able to tell us about all the amenities in town and the surrounding areas. Most agents we had encountered before were not that knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions. That's when I found out Marcy was not only a realtor but a member of the chamber of commerce and therefore in the know. Marcy was expert in getting us into the house I wanted at the right time.
