Colin helped me and my wife purchase our first home and the experience was extremely smooth and easy because of Colin's knowledge and expertise. As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and concerns, and Colin took the time to answer all of our questions and help us navigate through the process. We felt very comfortable that he was listening to all of our needs and he did not try to dicate the terms of our housing search (although, he did challenge us to expand our search horizons, which proved to be very helpful).
