Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Temple Hills, MD.
Working with Colin was a great experience. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and he aswered and educated me about the process. I was very comfortable with him.Everything went smooth and I'm happy that I chose him. I would recommend him to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $750K in Bethesda, MD.
Working with Colin was a terrific experience. As first time homebuyers, Colin really worked with us to educate us about the process and form a first rate team to help us fine and buy our first home. He was always responsive and available to answer any and all of our questions and joined us for open houses and spent time with us educating us about different neighborhoods and helped us find the right one. I really cannot recommend him more highly- a great advocate for your real estate needs!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $850K in Shaw, Washington, DC.
Colin helped me and my wife purchase our first home and the experience was extremely smooth and easy because of Colin's knowledge and expertise. As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and concerns, and Colin took the time to answer all of our questions and help us navigate through the process. We felt very comfortable that he was listening to all of our needs and he did not try to dicate the terms of our housing search (although, he did challenge us to expand our search horizons, which proved to be very helpful).
I highly recommend Colin to anybody that is looking to purchase (or sell) a home in DC.

Helped me rent a Condo home in Capitol Hill, Washington, DC.
Hands down the best real estate agent/home renting experience I've had. He answered my emails almost immediately and provided what I am learning is an unheard-of quick and easy DC rental experience. I've already recommended Colin to several friends and colleagues.
