I know I will never find an agent as good as Colin Johnson. I have dealt with a few Real Estate Agents before - but Colin is in a different ball park as the rest. He impressed me from the get go and continued to do a better job with each situation that arose until our house had sold. We did it together but I heavily replied on his expertise and opinion. He knows what he's doing, and despite me being a control freak, I trusted him and with a lot of patience and hard work, we sold our house to the right buyers for the best price in a good short time! There were a lot of things that happened out of our control, but taking his advice, the situation worked out above and beyond what I hoped. He did a lot of conversing and negotiation on our behalf and i'm not sure anyone else could have gotten us a better deal. He knew exactly what we needed and wanted out of this - we told him the first time we met - and he never forgot. It was like he had a database of our info from every conversation and was able to recall it as needed. I have never had a realtor show up with statistics on selling houses as to know what to expect - he did which made it so much easier to know what to expect. Colin was clear, upfront, direct and truthful. He never falsified anything, he wasn't vague, he said what needed to be said , when it needed to be said. When he came over before the professional photographer showed up to take the pictures - he came 2 hours early, in shorts prepared to mow our lawn and vacuum the house. Who does that? Who helps buyers like that? Colin did and Colin does! This guy was amazing and restored our faith in good honest hard working people! He comes HIGHLY recommended by my husband and I.

Our house caught fire and we sustained catastrophic losses. We needed to find temporary housing, and fast, while our house was under construction. Moving is stressful enough and moving when you are tragically force out of your house and home. I am glad I was able to coordinate all of the pieces between you, your insurance company, property management company, and owner to make this unfortunate situation a little more reasonable.

We enjoy working with Colin and look forward to working with him again. We began working with Colin this spring, looking for potential places to live in and eventually use as an investment potential. One particular property caught our eye that had a lot of potential, but some complications regarding an estate. Colin advised us throughout the process and informed us of the concerns he had with the situation and we continued to look. Colin brought us to many properties on and off the market. In fact, the house we bought wasn’t even on the market. He managed to bring in contractors to provide estimates before we began negotiating. Colin is excellent. His diverse investing experience really helped us as we sought investment properties for ourselves. He also has experience renting properties so that once we completed the purchase he could advise us on how to best prepare the property for rent. Having a good real estate agent helps tremendously in finding a desired home, to state the obvious. I worked with many agents in the past and I do realize what a big difference it makes when you work with a great agent. Colin Johnson walked me through every single step of house shopping and buying. He explained to me how house shopping and loans work. He subsequently made a list of my needs and wants. He narrowed down my search, which was a huge help because I did not know where to start. Once I found a place, which I am very happy with he sent me a list of companies I had to contact and things I had to do before my settlement. I'm a very busy professional and didn't have the time to do everything myself. Colin coordinated and made all the phone calls on my behalf. It was very easy and great working with him. He is very responsive and awesome! You will not be disappointed working with him. He is very knowledgeable and caring. When I was being impulsive and was about to make a wrong decision he was patient and would tell me his honest opinion.
