    Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Danvers, MA.
    It is with great pleasure that my wife and I write this letter of recommendation for real estate agent, Roxanne Brown of Coldwell Banker Real Estate. We met Roxanne while at one of her open houses and were so impressed by her professionalism and ability to relate to us as buyers, we entrusted her to act as our buyer’s agent during the search for our first home. We looked a range of homes from two bedroom townhouses to four bedroom single families, and in the end Roxanne’s realty expertise and understanding of what we were truly looking for resulted in a terrific home for our family. We were very pleased with the manner that Roxanne communicated with us regarding new homes we may be interested in, responses to our phone calls and emails, as well as daily check-ins while going through the process of purchasing our home. As first time homebuyers we felt Roxanne prepared us very well for all that comes with purchasing a home, and always felt as if our needs were her highest priority.
