Sold a home in 2010.
We got wonderful assistance from Suzanne with our property sale. We are extremely pleased and grateful for her help when selling our home back in 2010, the hardest time in selling homes.
At the time when we need to sell our home, our neighbor had exact same floor plan for sale. It’s been on market for about 3 months, with no single offer. We expressed our concern to her. She addressed our concerns and sold our home in two weeks, with the price exceeded our expectation! While the other home still sit there for sale.
We actually picked her from the internet with lots of risk and doubt. She totally exceeded our expectation and proofed that we made right choice! We do not think that any other realtor could achieve the same! During the selling process, she guided us step by step with her expertise knowledge, gave us great ideas on how should we mark the price to get most attention and most offers, and how to get the best offer for us. She's also always being there to help whenever we have any question or any issue, and also always so patient and so supportive with our needs. It made us feel like she's selling her own home! This built total trust between us. We are so glad that we chose her! She is the only realtor we would think of to work with later on, and refer to friends. Actually just recently, after she helped us for about 2 years. We had an issue with our current home, and need her help. We called her and she helped us right away to ease our mind!! I am not sure if we could find anyone else like her, so responsible and so helpful!!

Sold a home in 2012.
We have moved 8 times since we were married and worked with as many or more real estate agents ......She was the best by far..Her inter personal relations are top notch.We asked her to help find a new home before listing our home she was able to do that in a professional manor.
then our sale was handled to our satifacation and all parties were happy with the results.
