We interviewed 6 agents before selecting Chris to sell our high end home. He made a real professional pitch for our business and lived up to it. He takes a very marketing approach and is a very good negotiator. We had a few issues with the sale and he very calmly helped us work through them

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Roseway, Portland, OR.
Chris did a great job with my short sale despite the fact that I was living in San Diego while he was taking care of things in Portland. He stuck with me til the bitter end, and was able to get extensions to avoid foreclosure. I am so very happy it didn't come to that. I am very grateful for Chris Suarez and Gina Reed for their hard work in helping with my out of state short sale. Thanks guys!

Chris provided outstanding service. We were able to close on our new property within 6 days of decision to purchase and the condo we listed with him was sold within 35 days. He had a marketing strategy in place within 2 days of listing. We would definitely recommend him to anyone making decisions about an agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Vose, Beaverton, OR.
We recently bought a house in Beaverton. We had a very good experience with Chris' team ... specifically Adam Shepard (in the field) and John Powers (for negotiating and closing the deal). Both were a pleasure to work with ... not pushy which we appreciated. Adam helped us hone in on what exactly we were looking for in a home. John is very experienced and guided us through the process expertly. The team is a very well oiled machine. Would work with them again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Piedmont, Portland, OR.
I have worked with Chris and his team twice within a three period to buy two properties in Portland ... a condo in the Pearl and a single family residence in Piedmont. Both Chris and his staff are very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They work with you up front to understand your needs and execute a resulting property search that is on point and efficient. During both of our purchases, Chris negotiated contracts that got us the best results in all parts of the deal. We are now listing a third property through him and his approach to selling vis a vis buying is consistent.

Chris and his team of professionals are absolutely top notch. We have used this team for three transactions over the past two years and I can't imagine a better experience! Our homes sold in record time and our purchase was totally smooth. Chris does not loose track of a single detail and goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are getting the best deal possible. I would never consider using any other agent!

Bought a home in 2012.
My Husband and I worked closely with Chris' co-workers, John and Adam and couldn't be happier! Prior to beginning our Condo search, they prepared us for what we should expect based on the market conditions, they responded quickly to our inquiries throughout the process, and negotiated a fantastic deal on our behalf.
It was love at first sight when I first walked into the place I now call home, but there was one problem....the condo seriously lacked closets space. Adam and John knew how much we loved it, so they arranged to have a contractor from Portland Closest come out and give us an estimate so that we could determine if this place would work for us. I'm so glad they did; I can't imagine the regret I would feel if I had let this place go. Thanks to the guys at PDX Property group for helping make our dreams reality!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in Irvington, Portland, OR.
Really enjoyed working with John Powers and Adam Shepard of PDX Property Group. As a buyers agent, they were knowledgeable about all aspects of the local property market. Their thoroughness guided us through some rough waters and landed us in the house and neighborhood we wanted.
I would and have recommended them to anyone looking to purchase in the Portland area.
