In May of 2012, I purchased a property that was not in the area where I live and it was an REO. These two factors alone could have made the purchase a very difficult process but to make it even more challenging, I was on a tight time frame, trying to close escrow before I left on a trip to England. Susan and her assistant Dawn were both on top of the process from day one. I was kept informed, sent everything by email for my approval and e-signature, and escrow closed right on schedule. Finally, when escrow closed, I was referred to reliable, local contractors to complete some repairs and refurbishment that needed to be done. Susan could not have been more professional.
