Phil McElhinney is a broker associate with Rancon Real Estate in Temecula, California.  Phil was the broker/owner of Paloma Valley Real Estate in Menifee, California from 2008 through 2014.  A native Californian, he has been in the Real Estate business since 1996, the year he got his start with Rancon Real Estate.  His father founded Paloma Valley Land, a land brokerage in the Menifee area, in 1977 so Phil grew up listening to real estate stories. His grandmother owned a ranch in Menifee, which she purchased in 1931, and Phil spent a large percentage of his time as a youth on the Ranch. His main real estate experience is in the areas of Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Winchester, Hemet and San Jacinto. Phil has experience in home, land, and commercial real estate sales. He takes a great deal of pride and pleasure in helping clients find their perfect home or piece of land.  Additionally, he really enjoys listing and selling client's homes and properties.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Temecula, CA.

Communication is the key for Buyers and Sellers! Philip gets a perfect 10 in our book when we purchased a Temecula home. He not only kept us updated constantly, but also was very flexible based on our schedules to assist with the many items involved in finalizing everything accurately. He uses Docusign for agreements (if needed) which we loved. It made the process of submitting offers, signing the numerous forms required, etc very simple using our mobile app. Also, he really cares and is a family guy who has a strong work ethic in doing the right things right. Because of these reasons, he stood out and we selected him as our Agent and can highly recommend him for Buyers and Sellers.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Canoga Park, Canoga Park, CA.

Phil is very honest, friendly and a hard working professional. He was recommended by a friend who was in the process of buying a home. Despite me living in San Fernando Valley, Phil managed to work around my schedule and did not hesitate to make the long drive. He made sure my wife and I knew what was going on every single step.
