Bought a Single Family home in 2006 in Alvaton, KY.
Sherry found the perfect home to meet my family and budget needs! My budget was limited and my desires were very specific. Sherry showed us several beautiful properties throughout Warren County. But the very day MY house went on the market, she called, encouraging me to view it as soon as possible. It was a little out of my price range, but Sherry negotiated a great deal.
