We were very pleased with Mark and his company. Mark recently handled a short sell for us and it went smoothly and exactly within the time frame that he had indicated. We found his knowledge of the short sale process extremely necessary and valuable and feel we would not have been able to complete the transaction with someone less knowledgeable. His skill and persistence through the "daunting" process of the short sale was effective and required. I might note that the property was an investment property which can be even more complex - but all went well.
