Looking back at the past 6 months, it was like an emotion roller coaster to me. There was a lot of excitement and anticipation when I saw a home I liked. And there was nervousness and anxiety when I made an offer. Then remorse and regretless followed until I finally settled down with my new home. I probably did all things that a first home buyer would do, like rushing to make an offer, unable to decide what I want, backing out an offer when I found something that I didn’t like during inspection, etc. Fortunately I was referred to Martin by a friend. He was there all the way with me and helped me figure out what I really want. He's extremely responsible, responsive, and patient. Other than he is so knowledgeable about real state and almost everything else, he is a really really nice, unassuming person. I'll recommend him to all my friends without a doubt.
