Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in South Oak Park, Sacramento, CA.
It was a very pleasant and fruitful experience to have Monica find me buy a Investment home . During the process when my offer got accepted the ac and heating unit got stolen Monica not only was able to drop the price down to substantial amount but sent out a contractor to make sure that me as her client was purchasing a property that would be profitable and save me lot of time and money.
