Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $275K in Tacoma, WA.
Rebecca Frazier is an awesome real estate agent. She helped me and my husband purchase our first home and she made the experience for us great! She was there to listen to all of our concerns and went out of her way to find the homes that fit our needs. I really appreciated her willingness to meet with us to show homes, be there when we called and to answer any questions that we had along the way.

I would recommend Ms. Frazier to anyone for purchasing a home as she really cares about her clients and she knows this business in and out.

She is amazing the work that she did for us exceeded the expectations that I had going into the process of being a first time homebuyer and with working with a VA home loan. Her hard work to not only find what we were looking for but to be very knowable in what the market was doing

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Auburn, WA.
I was a first time home buyer and Rebecca held my hand just enough without overwhelming me with extra information I didn't need to know. I would reccommend her to anyone looking for a home. She is detail oriented and can be a shark with negotiations if needed.
