Closed refinance loan.
Steve is the MAN! we had exhausted every option- house was in foreclosure, we hired expensive lawyer who said he could delay, but not prevent us from losing our home & equity. Reverse mortgage companies were asking a huge cash payment despite our equity.
Steve went that extra mile for us- he guided us through all the paperwork and negotiated with our bank- He even went to the meditations which our lawyer told us would be fruitless.
Steve prevailed- he got the bank to accept lower price, he got the reverse approved. We saved our home and lost so much stress and worry.
We recommended him to our neighbors. He got their high interest loan lowered.
Today I will recommend him to another person.

My experience with Steve was excellent. I didn't know a lot about buying a house and I was completely unorganized, but Steve walked me through every step and patiently helped me get organized for my mortgage approval. He answered all my questions as well as keeping me updated on everything going on. This is a guy that makes things happen. Great guy and great rates. I would definitely recommend him.…More Less
