Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Mayfair, Philadelphia, PA.
JILLIAN WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH FROM BEGINNING TO END. SHE REFFERED ME TO PEOPLE AND PLACES THAT WERE VERY HELPFUL. I'VE BEEN IN MY NEW HOME FOR 10 DAYS NOW AND I LOVE IT. THANKS TO HER, I REALLY FEEL LIKE THIS WAS THE RIGHT HOME FOR ME. SHE MADE HERSELF AVAILABLE WHENEVER I NEEDED HER. THROUGH EMAIL, TEXT OR A CALL SHE WAS THERE... I REALLY HOPE TO WORK WITH HER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE SHE MADE IT A VERY SMOOTH FIRST TIME HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH JILLIAN.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Frankford, Philadelphia, PA.
Thanks to Jillian I became a home owner over the weekend! From start to finish I was satisfied with the service I received. I am a 1st time home buyer and Jillian took the time to explain things in detail and made the process easier for me to understand. My mortgage company was not always available for me and thank goodness she was there to save the day. If it was not for Jillian I probably would probably still be waiting for settlement . I would defonitely use her services again and would refer her to anyone for assistance with the sale or purchase of a home. Remax is lucky to have her. Thanks again Jillian!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Mayfair, Philadelphia, PA.
I have worked with a few realtors and Jillian is heads above other realtors. She is very responsive and she understands my needs and is always one step ahead of me. I have built a team of professionals to help me with my real estate business and Jillian is a key part of my team. I will continue to work with Jillian and look forward to many years of success.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Oxford Circle, Philadelphia, PA.
Jillian was our agent to both help sell our home in Philadelphia, as well as search for a new home in one of the potential neighborhoods we were considering. Jillian showed us more than 50 homes over a short period of time until we found the right one. She was always courteous, patient, and most importantly, she took to the time to truly understand the type of home we wanted. We could not have asked for a better Realtor to guide us through this process. Thank you!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Rhawnhurst, Philadelphia, PA.
I recently bought my first home and I could not have done it without Jillian! She made this experience a pleasurable one. I really appreciated the fact that she is sincere. She truly wanted me to find the right home for me and never pressured me into buying a home so that she could make a quick sale. I worked with another real estate agent before Jillian and it was a horrible experience. He did not have my best interest in mind at all. Jillian listened to my wants and needs and tailored the houses that we looked at to those needs. Even though we looked at many houses, she never gave up! She definitely delivered because I LOVE my home!

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Tacony, Philadelphia, PA.
I have known Jillian for a long time and when it came time to list the house I asked Jillian to be our realtor. She immediately did a title search on, started researching comparables in the area, and talked to us about / and how to set an asking price. She responds to our questions immediately and is easily reachable. We had our first offer and she guided us in how to respond back to the buyer. I know with Jillian as our realtor we will sell quickly and settlement will be a breeze because she knows the real estate business! I highly recommend you call JIlian if you are planning on listing or buying a home!

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Richmond, Philadelphia, PA.
I used Jillian to help me buy my first investment. She helped me find a great property for a great deal. From the start to the end everything went through smooth and quick. I am currently in the process of buying another property and would not think of anyone else to use. I feel that she replies back to me quick through email, text, phone and even on facebook. I have also already recommended her to a few other people I know. She is definitely a go to Real Estate agent to call.
