KJ is an extremely competent, knowledgeable and friendly agent. I would recommend him most highly and without reservation. There are few, if any, agents with more knowledge of Noe Valley in particular.

KJ has helped my group to source projects for redevelopment in San Francisco. He is knowledgable about the hot, San Francisco market and always substantiates suggested pricing with relevant comparables. He always works with the interests of us, his clients in mind and never pushes us to overpay.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $2.325M in Noe Valley, San Francisco, CA.
I am a real estate developer in San Francisco and I trust KJ to find, buy and then sell my properties. He know what to look for and he knows the local market. I recently sold a property for well over $2M that he previously found for me in it's rundown state for under $700K. After finding me just the house I was looking for he once again managed the very different front and back ends of the development flawlessly. I would highly recommend him.

KJ is a top-notch agent with superb knowledge of the local neighborhoods, market prices, transaction processes, general regulations, and overall market trends. He has helped me both buy and sell, and in each case he handled everything expertly and smoothly. He always provided solid analysis to support his recommendations, was understanding of my needs, and was very easy to work with. I recommend him without hesitation.
