Bought a home in 2011.
My wife and I purchased a home in 2011. We were out-of-state buyers, which presented its own challenges as we could not just stop by the realtor when necessary.
Mr. Hyder made it as easy as possible for us to purchase the home. Relevant documents were delivered via email for us to sign and return. He communicated very regularly through email and phone calls, and quickly answered any questions we had during the process. Because we were out-of-staters, attending the home inspection was a significant logistical problem, so Mr. Hyder made sure that he was present on our behalf.
We were also first time buyers, so we were very unsure about what we needed to do or what obstacles we needed to avoid. He properly advised us on the entire process, from intial offer to home inspection to counter-offers to final contact, and at no point during the transaction were we left in the dark. Most importantly, I always felt he had my family's best interests in mind and was comitted to doing a good job.
I would recommend Mr. Hyder to anyone contemplating a home purchase or sale.…More Less
