One of my specialties is assisting my clients with buying or selling land.  Terry Tetzlaff, my husband, is a consultant forester that assists me with land sales (tetzlaff-forestry.com). He provides a tremendous asset to my clients, due to his knowledge of geographic information system software (GIS), GPS mapping, native vegetation management, soils, wildlife, and timber management.  I provide aerial photos for all of my land listings and residential listings, which are located on large tracts of land.  These are located under Rita's Listings, Land, and then by clicking on the picture.
