I recently relocated to the Pittsburgh area and knew little to nothing about Pittsburgh. Lisa was able to ease my worries about the process. She was always willing to answer our questions and meet with us any day or time of the week. She was very patient with us as we were not sure whether we wanted to live in the city or suburbs. She showed us both options and provided us with her insight. She was able to negotiate a true bargain on a home for us. Unfortunately, a family situation arose and we had to back out of the deal as we had to return back home to take care of. Lisa handled the termination of our contract like a pro. She did not get sour with us as I thought an agent would when they know they are going to lose the sale/commission. She handled it with true professionalism and a smile. If I ever make it back to Pittsburgh(which I am sure I will), Lisa will definitely be the agent that I work with. If you want patience and a great personality in an agent then Lisa is your girl.
