My wife and I have worked with several realtors over many years and we have found Jim Eberle to be the best that we have worked with. We basically didn't have to ask Jim to do much because he always knew the next step and was always working the next steps proactively. He surprised us with negotiation techniques that were new and refreshing to us. Jim was not "pushy", meaning that he looked out for our best interest whether it meant closing a deal or not. It also meant that he only offered advice when asked, but yet always reminded us of all the alternatives or options. Jim was proactive, knowledgeable, aggressive and very friendly. If he didn't know something, he would find the answer by the end of the day. He truly treated us like Customers and friends and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a purchase in the real estate business.

Having bought and sold over twenty homes over the years, Marie and I have come to realize that, no matter what state we're transacting in, ReMAX agents are consistantly excellent to deal with and Jim did not disappoint.
Even though we feel we're pretty seasoned when it comes to real estate, Jim's input during the offer process was key in helping us negotiate a great purchase price on an investment property.
We're looking forward to a continued relationship with Jim as he'll be helping us manage the new property.
