Bought a home in 2012.
Patrick is a great agent. He showed me several properties that were exactly what I was looking for. He never tried to upsell or show me a property that wasn't what I was looking for. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the mechanical, architectural, and electrical elements of a house. Thus he is able to tell when a house is not priced right or too high based on the work that needs to be done. I avoided bidding on a couple houses, I may have bid on otherwise. He takes his time to answer every question you have. Patrick is a good all around realtor and I will be using him again when I buy another house.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Fuller Tangletown, Minneapolis, MN.
Familiar with the area. Knows the realestate business better than most. Offered options that allowed the property to sell rapidly. Friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely use him again.
