Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $100K in Marietta, GA.
Eric listed and sold our father's home after he passed away in 2009. I was Executor of the will and lived in another state. Eric was involved in every aspect and went above and beyond to help us out with Georgia law and Georgia real estate requirements. He was always very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The property sold in a timely manner and closed without issue. Our family consider him to be a family friend. We would be proud to use his services again.

The reason we recommend Eric so highly. Eric had local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness, and negotiation still really rate five stars plus. Before we moved to Smyrna Ga. Eric is extremely cheerful and upbeat. He was knowlegeble and personable as well. He did a superb job of negotiating. And he was very patient with me when we ran into obstacles with closing. I consider him a great friend. Now we are in our beautiful house! Thanks Eric!

Eric is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. People say you should work with a agent who does real estate for a living not as a side job and Eric does his job to the (T)! If you have a question about anything, he has a answer, if you want to see a home he is always willing and available to show you what you want to see. If you don't use his services, I promise, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Bought a Single Family home in 2005 in Snellville, GA.
Eric is a hard working agent with a lot of experince in real estate and finacing that proves very valuable when searching for the right property. I have worked with him on several properties and he has always been very responsive and pateint with me.
